Preliminary remarks on management plans
A management plan is a written, approved and circulated document that describes a site, how it functions, its values, its problems, defines the management objectives (nature conservation, uses, organisation, etc.) and the resources needed for its implementation (operational mechanisms, personnel, structures, work programmes, budgets).
